Student Council Sponsors "Pink Out" Day for Breast Cancer Awareness

The Student Council sponsored a "Pink Out" spirit day for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. All SLCS students were encouraged to wear pink today for $1. Mrs. Gallegos' 5th grade homeroom class led a prayer service for Cancer patients during Flag Raising which included a decade of the rosary using a pink and white balloon rosary that they released at the end of the service.
